We have upgraded our web site to allow you to apply online for a stall at Kew Fayre 2008. This eliminates the need to wait for a paper application to be posted (applications will still be posted to those who do not have internet access, or request a paper application). We hope you find this service of value.
This new service will not change how Kew Fayre Ltd allocates stalls. Priority is given to stallholders from Kew Fayre 2007 and other long standing stallholders. The remaining stalls are allocated on a 'first come - first served' basis. The online process will date and time stamp your application - so it is important to apply early. Once you apply you will receive and automated email response that acknowledges your application and explains what will happen next.
You will not be required to pay now - or offer any credit card details. Once your application is accepted you will receive an email with an invoice and indemnity form attached. You can print these, sign the indemnity form, and return to Kew Fayre Ltd with your cheque. Alternatively, a link will be included in the email to allow you to pay online by credit or debit card.
Kew Fayre Ltd will start to review and accept applications in the spring. We will send you occasional updates by email prior to that time to keep you informed about Kew Fayre 2008.
Please read the Stallholder Eligibility Requirements and review our prices (links below) before you proceed to the online application.
