Kew Fayre Limited

Kew Fayre Limited is the wholly owned trading subsidiary of Kew Fayre Trust. Kew Fayre Limited is a for profit private company limited by shares and governed by a Board of Directors. Kew Fayre Trust is the sole shareholder of Kew Fayre Limited. All profits from Kew Fayre Limited go to Kew Fayre Trust for charitable purposes.

Kew Fayre Limited is the official organiser of Kew Fayre and is responsible for all planning and management issues related to the event. Kew Fayre Limited also takes responsibility for Kew Green from the London Borough of Richmond during the build up, Kew Fayre itself, and the break down of the event.

In addition to Kew Fayre, Kew Fayre Limited provides all the planning and event management services to other organisations on behalf of Kew Fayre Trust. Kew Fayre Limited also offers event planning and management services to local businesses and other commercial ventures.
